You will need:
1/2 lb. ground venison or beef
1 medium Green Pepper (roughly chopped)
1 medium white onion (roughly chopped)
2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 15oz. can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 15oz. can Hominy
1 Tbsp. Chilli Powder
1 1/2 Cups water
To a heated frying pan, add meat, green pepper, onion, garlic and
1 tsp. each of salt and pepper. Brown and drain.
In a stockpot, combine browned meat mixture with remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium temperature and simmer for 30 minutes stirring often. Serve with Frybread.
